These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weavo ("Service"), operated by Weavo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the API keys and credentials you store in Weavo. Ensure you have authorization to use any API key you provide. You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party service you integrate (YouTube, Telegram, OpenAI, Twitter/X, Notion, Google, etc.).
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party services as a result of workflow executions you configure.
Weavo offers a free tier with limited workflow executions per month. Paid plans provide higher limits and additional features. Plan details are described in the in-app Plans section.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You retain ownership of the workflows, configurations, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely as necessary to operate the Service.
Weavo's software, design, trademarks, and branding are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weavo and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weavo is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
